My weight loss journey

In the beginning of december 2010, I decided that i wanted to lose weight. And so far i've lost about 20 pounds just by cutting back.I eat regular food. I stopped drinking soda, eating fast food, and fried foods altogether I went from 216 pounds to 197 pounds. I'm very proud of myself for that, cause it's not easy, Losing weight can be a challenge for anyone. You put it on easily but It's hard to take it off. For anyone trying to lose weight all you have to do is simply cut back and plan your meals. Although you may splurge from time time don't deprive yourself just eat in moderation.

You don't have to eat any diet foods, All you do is cut back and eat simply. Breakfast is the most important part of the day. If you don't eat breakfast you will overeat. You will not lose weight skipping meals or starving yourself. Drink plenty of water, and excercise. You'll not only maintain your weight much easier if you eat more raw fruits and veggies but you will lose weight faster on a weight loss plan. Eat more raw fruits and veggies and your body will burn 16% more calories after you eat a meal that has mostly fruits and veggies than if you ate a meal without it.

Fruits and vegetables high in vitamin c like oranges, lemons, pineapples,grapefruit, apples, limes, tomatoes,brocoli, cabbage, celery, and watermelon liquefy or burn off the body fat so the fat can be easily flushed out of your body.

Did you know that eating grapefruit after a meal can help you to burn calories,Here's another fact, Oatmeal is loaded with fiber that decreases your appetite, so you will feel fuller longer, plus you will have higher levels of energy.

Well like I said trying to lose weight is not easy for I have had a few minor setbacks. My weight has been going up and down but I'm still determined you lose weight.
Remember be patient,and never weight yourself everyday or you will be discourged. once a week is fine.

whole grains

lean cuts of meat, mostly fish
tuna,

coffee
no baked beans
no sausage
pickles,
ham
pudding,
no cured meats
no plain jam
no toffee
