Today was a good day!

Today was a good day I think I did good for the day. I had a bowl of multi grain cheerios for breakfast, an apple and a cup of water. For lunch I had a mini bagel with low fat swiss cheese, grapes, and carrots. And for dinner I had a salad plate, macaroni salad, and egg salad. Well I'm on my way to getting this weight off. I will stop at nothing, cause where there's a will there's a way.
